Symptoms

使用者無法從 ViPR 控制器中刪除 VNX 陣列上的 NFS 檔案系統。

ViPR 控制器 UI 錯誤：

Description: Check File System dependencies: NFS and CIFS exports and snapshots

Cause

ViPR 控制器查詢 VNX （CheckpointQueryParams XML API） 以檢查整個陣列上的所有快照。

如果未在 VNX 陣列上啟用 SnapSure 或授權，這會導致 API 查詢失敗。例如：

Resolution

在 VNX 陣列上啟用 SnapSure：
  1. 在 Unisphere UI 中，選取 控制站的名稱。
  2. 在這裡，您可以取得 VNX 叢集的完整功能表。在左側，您會看到 許可證子功能表。
  3. 確認是否已勾選 SnapSure 核取方塊。如果是，請檢查它是否已經過驗證，如果沒有，請進行驗證。

Additional Information

在刪除檔案系統之前，ViPR 控制器會查詢 VNX （CheckpointQueryParams XML API） 以檢查整個陣列上的所有快照。
