AppSync：AppSyncサーバーのアンインストール後にAppSyncサーバーをインストールできない

Symptoms

AppSyncサーバーがアンインストールされました。

AppSyncサーバーのアンインストール後に、AppSyncサーバーを再インストールできません。
AppSyncインストール ウィザードに「EMC AppSyncの修復ウィザードへようこそ」と表示されます。

Cause

C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero G Registryの下に、アンインストール中にAppSyncによってクリーンアップされなかった.com.zerog.registry.xmlという名前のファイルがあります。

Resolution

  1. Windowsフォルダーと表示オプションに移動します。
  2. [表示]タブを選択し> 隠しファイル、隠しフォルダー、隠しドライブを表示する> 適用を選択します。
  3. C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero G Registry に移動し、.com.zerog.registry.xmlファイルを削除します。
注：C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero G Registry は隠しディレクトリです。

Additional Information

メモ:次のディレクトリーにあるAppSyncファイルの確認も必要になる場合があります。
  • C:\tmp
  • C:\Windows\Temp
上記のディレクトリーにAppSync関連ファイルが見つかった場合は、削除します。
