Symptoms

AppSync 서버가 제거되었습니다.

AppSync 서버를 제거한 후 AppSync 서버를 다시 설치할 수 없습니다.
AppSync 설치 마법사에 "EMC AppSync 복구 마법사 시작"이 표시됩니다.

Cause

C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero G Registry 아래에 제거 중에 AppSync에서 정리되지 않은 .com.zerog.registry.xml라는 파일이 있습니다.

Resolution

  1. Windows 폴더로 이동하여 옵션을 확인합니다.
  2. 보기, 탭> , 숨김 파일, 폴더 및 드라이브> 표시를 선택하고 적용을 선택합니다.
  3. C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero G Registry로 이동하여 .com.zerog.registry.xml 파일을 삭제합니다.
참고: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero G 레지스트리는 숨겨진 디렉토리입니다.

Additional Information

참고: 다음 디렉토리의 AppSync 파일도 검토해야 할 수 있습니다.
  • C:\tmp
  • C:\Windows\Temp
위의 디렉토리에 있는 AppSync 관련 파일이 있으면 제거합니다.
