Symptoms

Windows OSまたはLinux OSにLockboxをインストールしているときに、SNMP、Secure Remote Services、LDAPを構成しようとしています。次の例外が発生します。

Cause

Lockboxは、 英語 ロケールを使用してWindows OSまたはLinux OS上で認定およびテストされています。その他のロケール(ロシア語など)では、Lockboxのインストールと機能が適切に行われません。

Resolution

Lockboxは、英語ロケールのWindowsおよびLinux OSでサポートされています
英語ロケールのWindowsまたはLinux OSにロックボックスを再インストールします。
