Symptoms

Windows OS 또는 Linux OS에 Lockbox를 설치하는 동안 SNMP, Secure Remote Services, LDAP를 구성하려고 합니다. 다음 예외가 수신됩니다.

Cause

Lockbox는 Windows OS 또는 Linux OS에서 영어 로캘을 사용하여 인증 및 테스트되었습니다. 러시아어와 같은 다른 로캘을 사용하면 Lockbox가 제대로 설치되고 작동하지 않습니다.

Resolution

Lockbox는 영어 로캘을 사용하는 Windows 및 Linux OS에서 지원됩니다.
영어 로캘을 사용하여 Windows 또는 Linux OS에 Lockbox를 다시 설치합니다.
