Symptoms

Försöker konfigurera SNMP, Secure Remote Services, LDAP medan du installerar Lockbox på Windows OS eller Linux OS. Följande undantag erhålls:

Cause

Lockbox är certifierad och testad för Windows OS eller Linux OS på engelska . Alla andra språk, till exempel ryska, förhindrar att Lockbox installeras och fungerar korrekt.

Resolution

Lockbox stöds på Windows och Linux OS med engelska språk.
Installera om den säkra databasen i Windows eller Linux OS med en ENGLISH-språkinställning.
