Avamar: Kan geen bestanden terugzetten vanuit een VM-back-up met behulp van FLR
Summary: Kan geen bestanden terugzetten van een VM-back-up met behulp van FLR omdat de proxy de naam van het back-updoel DNS niet kan omzetten.

N.v.t.
- Als u door de VM-back-ups met FLR bladert, ziet u het volgende foutbericht:
- Zelfs de VM waarin wij bladeren, zit nog niet op de FLR-limieten.
- Als we in de FLR-logboeken zoeken, zien we de volgende foutberichten in het bestand MountMgr.log in de directory /usr/local/avamarclient/bin/logs. Dit geeft aan dat de proxy de lijst met back-ups niet kan ophalen van de back-updoelserver (DD) en dat dit er niet is:

- Zelfs indien back-ups bestaan, zoals we kunnen zien bij de onderstaande controle van het Avamar Utility-knooppunt:

- Het is ook mogelijk dat het juiste Avamar IP-adres al in het bestand axionfs.cmd in de directory in de /usr/local/avamar/var staat, zoals hieronder vermeld:

Cause

De gebruikte proxy kan de Datadomein FQDN of de doelserver van de back-up niet omzetten zoals we zien aan de onderstaande fout in het nieuwste axionfs_xxxxxxx_xxxx_xxxx_xxxxxxxxxxxx. log dat zich in de map /usr/local/avamar/var bevindt:

Resolution
Om dit probleem op te lossen:
- Zorg dat AVamar-proxy FQDN kan omzetten via de volgende opdracht op de proxy:
- nslookup <datadomain_FQDN>
- nslookup <datadomain_IP>
- Als er geen geldige uitvoer is voor datadomain, bewerkt u het bestand /etc/Resolve.conf op de proxy en voegt u de juiste DNS naam toe.
- Voeg FQDN en IP toe voor datadomain in het bestand /etc/hosts van de proxy.
