Symptoms
'modify-initiator' xmcli command does not update port-address.
This command is typically required after an HBA is replaced.
Though the command ends with a success message and you can see the new WWPN with 'show-initiators' command,
'show-initiators-connectivity target-details' does not show any connectivity for the initiator.
Cause
Software issue.
Internal object does not get updated , though it looks OK with xmcli.

Resolution
Delete the initiator and add it again.
*Deleting the initiator will delete the LUN mapping to the initiator. It is a disruptive operation for the affected initiator.
If delete and add initiator does not fix the issue, or If you would like XtremIO global support team to verify the issue matches to this KB please collect a log bundle and contact the support.
