Den innledende Application Aware-sikkerhetskopien av PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) mislykkes

Loggen for PPDM-UI-jobben vises:

Cause

En tidligere versjon av Microsoft SQL Application Direct-programvaren ble installert på et tidspunkt. Da den ble fjernet fra datamaskinen, ble den gamle låseboksen igjen. Den nåværende versjonen av programvaren kan ikke oppdatere eldre låsbokser.

Dette problemet kan oppstå der eldre versjoner av programvaren ble brukt eller overgang fra Microsoft SQL Application Direct-sikkerhetskopier til VMware Application Aware-sikkerhetskopieringer oppstod.

 

Resolution

  1. Gi nytt navn til låsebokskatalogen

    ren  C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox,previous

  2. Prøv å sikkerhetskopiere på nytt

Merk: Låsebokskatalogen opprettes på nytt i begynnelsen av neste sikkerhetskopiering.
