Symptoms

檢查點驗證 （hfscheck） 可能會失敗並伴有多種癥狀。本文涉及 hfscheck 失敗並顯示錯誤 MSG_ERR_INPROGRESS。

此事件可以記錄為 Dial Home 事件、UI 事件，或在連線至 Avamar Utility Node 上的 ssh 工作階段時看到。

Cause

如果新的 hfscheck 程序在另一個程序啟動時啟動 hfscheck 已在執行中。

Resolution

1.確認是否 hfschec執行下列其中一個動作，K 已在執行：
 
  • 從 MC UI （伺服器、檢查點管理）：

MCS 檢查點清單

上面的輸出顯示 hfscheck CP.20250422012428 正在進行中。它以綠色顯示。「檢查點驗證」區段中有「開始時間」，但「完成時間」顯示「進行中」

輸出還顯示另外兩個檢查點：
  • 檢查點 cp.20250422011017 已經過驗證，以藍色顯示，並具有“開始時間”和“完成時間”
  • 檢查點 cp.20250422012347 未驗證，以紅色顯示，並在“開始時間”和“完成時間”中均表示“未驗證” 
 
  • 從 AUI （伺服器、檢查點管理）：AUI 檢查點清單

上面的輸出顯示 hfscheck CP.20250422011017 正在進行中。cp.20250422011017 的已驗證列中沒有任何內容，並且有“驗證開始時間”，但沒有“驗證結束時間”。

輸出還顯示另外兩個檢查點：
  • 已驗證檢查點 cp.20250422010008 （已驗證列有一個勾號，並且有一個驗證開始時間和一個驗證結束時間
  • 檢查點 cp.20250421210642 未驗證，在已驗證欄中有一個問號，並且沒有“驗證開始時間”或“驗證結束時間”
