Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection 통합은 vProxy 어플라이언스로 구성됩니다.  FLR(File Level Restore)이 실패하고 다음 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다.

  • 포트 22: curl -v DD_HOSTNAME:22를 통해 NVP vProxy 어플라이언스에서 DD(Data Domain)에 연결할 수 있습니다.

Cause

Data Domain Access Management에는 특정 호스트만 연결할 수 있도록 SSH 제한 사항이 구성되어 있습니다.

Resolution

  1. 모든 포트 요구 사항이 충족되었는지 확인합니다. NVP vProxy: 백업 및 복원 작업에 대한 네트워크 연결 문제 해결
  2. sysadmin 계정으로 DDEM(Data Domain Enterprise Manager) 웹 GUI에 로그인합니다. https://DD_HOSTNAME
  3. 왼쪽 메뉴에서 Administration 탭을 선택합니다.
  4. 상단 메뉴에서 Administrator Access를 선택합니다.
  5. SSH를 선택하고 Configure를 클릭합니다.
  6. 다음 시스템 라디오 버튼에 대한 액세스 제한(Limit access)을 선택한 경우 vProxies의 FQDN을 목록에 추가해야 합니다.
참고: 필요에 따라 엄격한 SSH 액세스가 필요하지 않은 경우 모든 호스트에 연결 허용을 선택할 수 있습니다.

  1. DD에 PuTTy 세션을 열거나 ssh sysadmin@ 다시 실행하여 DD에 대한 SSH 접속 구성을 테스트합니다DD_HOSTNAME
  2. SSH 연결이 성공하면 FLR 마운트를 다시 시도하십시오.
