Oracle 데이터베이스 복제본을 마운트 및 복구하려고 하면 "데이터베이스 복구 전" 단계 중에 서비스 계획이 실패하고 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

Cause

아카이브 로그 디렉토리는 Oracle 데이터베이스를 생성할 때 /archive/<Filesystem name> 으로 생성되었지만, 마운트된 파일 시스템 이름은 /archive입니다. AppSync 데이터베이스에서 아카이브 대상은 데이터베이스를 생성할 때 입력한 이름과 동일한 /archive/<Filesystem name>으로 저장됩니다.

AppSync는 복제본을 마운트하고 복구를 시도할 때 AppSync 데이터베이스에서 대상을 가져와 대상의 소유권을 변경하려고 시도합니다. AppSync가 /archive로 마운트했으므로 마운트 호스트에 /archive/<Filesystem 이름이> 존재하지 않습니다. 그 이유는 /archive에 대한 "경로 매핑 설정"에 경로가 지정되지 않았기 때문에 마운트 호스트의 /archive에 기본적으로 마운트됩니다.

/archive/<Filesystem 디렉토리 이름이> 마운트 호스트에 없지만 사용 권한을 변경하는 동안 AppSync가 데이터베이스에서 이름을 찾습니다.

Resolution

AppSync 엔지니어링 팀에서 이 문제에 대한 핫픽스를 릴리스했습니다. Dell EMC 기술 지원 부서에서 티켓을 열고 이 문서 ID를 인용하여 핫픽스를 받으십시오. 

이 핫픽스는 AppSync의 향후 릴리스에 통합될 예정입니다. 향후 릴리스 노트를 확인하여 이 문제가 설치하려는 버전에서 해결되었는지 확인하십시오.
