PowerPath Management Appliance：Error: ホストを追加できません

DELL EMC SWへのPowerPath for Windows 6.4(以降)ホストの追加:  
PowerPath Management Appliance
PowerPath for Windows 6.4以降

PPMAは、次のエラー メッセージを報告します。
"Error: Unable to add Host" when trying to add a Windows host running PowerPath 6.4 or above.

 

PowerPath for Windows v6.4では、PowerPathパッケージにOpenSSLバイナリが同梱されていないため、OpenSSLバイナリを手動でインストールする必要があります

PowerPath/Windowsホストのアプリケーション イベント ログに表示されるエラーは次のとおりです。   
EmcPowerPathManagementComponent  EMC PowerPath Error:  EMC PowerPath Remote Management component: Error: OpenSSL binaries are missing in windows\system32 directory and hence EMC PowerPath Remote Management Component service won't be started.

WindowsホストにOpenSSLをインストールします。そのバージョンはPowerPathのバージョンによって異なります。必要なOpenSSLのバージョンについては、『PowerPathインストールおよび管理ガイド』を参照してください

。以下に、『PowerPath 6.4のインストールおよび管理ガイド』に記載されている推奨事項を示します。    

PowerPath for Windowsの6.4リリース以降、リモート管理を機能させるには、Open SSL 1.0.xをデフォルトのWindowsシステム ディレクトリー(C:\Windows\System32)に手動でインストールする必要があります。EMC PowerPath Remote Managementコンポーネント サービスを開始するには、Open SSLが必要です。PowerPathのインストール後にOpen SSLがインストールされている場合は、EMC PowerPathリモート管理コンポーネント サービスを手動で開始します。
