PowerPath Management Appliance：Error: 無法新增主機

將 Windows 6.4 （及更新版本） 主機的 PowerPath 新增至 PPMA

PowerPath PPMA 報告錯誤訊息：
"Error: Unable to add Host" when trying to add a Windows host running PowerPath 6.4 or above.

 

Windows v6.4 的 PowerPath 需要手動安裝 OpenSSL 二進位檔，因為 PowerPath 套裝不會隨附 OpenSSL 二進位檔。

以下為在 PowerPath/Windows 主機的應用程式事件記錄中出現的錯誤：   
EmcPowerPathManagementComponent  EMC PowerPath Error:  EMC PowerPath Remote Management component: Error: OpenSSL binaries are missing in windows\system32 directory and hence EMC PowerPath Remote Management Component service won't be started.

從 Windows 的 PowerPath 6.4 版本開始，Open SSL 1.0.x 必須手動安裝在預設的 Windows 系統目錄 （C：\Windows \System32） 中，才能讓遠端管理正常運作。需要開啟 SSL，才能啟動 EMC PowerPath 遠端管理元件服務。如果 PowerPath 安裝後已安裝 Open SSL，請手動啟動 EMC PowerPath 遠端管理元件服務。
