ScaleIO: EMC-MIB.MIB missing

Issue Description

When loading scaleio.mib, it complains about missing "EMC-MIB.MIB" file.

Scenario

When testing SNMP traps from ScaleIO, scaleio.mib cannot be loaded.

Symptoms

Depending on the monitoring software, the errors could be different, but would be similar to the following:

operation LoadMib failed"..Failed to load MIB modules from scalio.mib: problems were repported during parsing, unable to load requested" MIBs"ERROR : Cannot find module file://<path>/scaleio.mib:Line 7:Column 54:EMC-MIB

Impact

Unable to load the scaleio.mib (provided in ScaleIO 2.0 User Guide)

Workaround

Please contact DELL EMC ScaleIO Tech support and quote this KB and obtain the EMC-MIB.MIB. Tech support can arrange to provide the MIB. Place it in the same directory as scaleio.mib.
