Symptoms



마법사를 통해 로컬 에이전트를 사용하여 새 NetWorker Server를 검색하려고 하면 다음 오류 메시지가 생성됩니다.
 
    Test failed! 오류:
[상담원에게 메시지를 보낼 수 없습니다 :Host{name = <NetWorker_server_FQDN>, os=null, aliases='[<NetWorker_server_ShortName,NetWorker_server_IPaddress<>>]'}]
 
  • 에이전트가 앱 서버에 성공적으로 등록되었습니다.
  • DPA GUI > 에서 다음을 수행합니다. 인벤토리는 에이전트 호스트에서 dpaagent i 명령의 출력에 따라 호스트 객체의 이름과 별칭이 올바 릅 니다
  • 호스트 시스템 요청이 성공적으로 실행됩니다.
 
dpaagent 로그에는 다음과 관련된 일관된 경고가 표시됩니다.
 오래된 암호로 인증 처리 실패 

Cause

DPA 애플리케이션 서버와 에이전트 호스트의 시스템 시계가 몇 분 차이로 동기화되지 않았습니다.

Resolution

DPA 기술 문서에 따라 동일한 NTP(Network Time Protocol) 서버를 통해 DPA 애플리케이션, DatatStore 및 에이전트 시스템의 시스템 시계를 동기화합니다.
