Symptoms



嘗試透過精靈使用本機代理程式探索新的 NetWorker 伺服器時，會產生下列錯誤訊息：
 
    測試失敗！錯：
[無法傳送訊息至代理程式：Host{name = <NetWorker_server_FQDN>， os=null， aliases='[<NetWorker_server_ShortName，NetWorker_server_IPaddress><>]'}]
 
  • 代理已成功向應用伺服器註冊
  • 在 DPA GUI > 中根據 代理程式主機發出的命令「dpaagent i」輸出結果，清查主機物件是否具有正確的名稱和別名
  • 主機系統要求已成功執行
 
dpaagent 記錄顯示一致的警告：
程序驗證失敗，密碼已過期 

Cause

DPA 應用程式伺服器和代理程式主機的系統時鐘不同步，有幾分鐘的差異。

Resolution

根據 DPA 技術文件，透過相同的 NTP （網路時間通訊協定） 伺服器，同步處理 DPA 應用程式、DatatStore 和代理系統上的系統時鐘
