Symptoms
On the cluster view of CloudLink web portal, both CloudLink cluster nodes show offline status for the inbound and outbound status.
When trying to ping the DNS and NTP servers, there is no response.
From vCenter side of view the KMS server, connection remains green. KMS server configuration from CloudLink side appears good.

Cause
Cluster node could not reach out to its peer node due to missing domain name.
Resolution
To address this issue, check the cluster node name in the cluster TAB. This should include the FQDN instead of a hostname.
