Symptoms
CloudLink 웹 포털의 클러스터 보기에서 두 CloudLink 클러스터 노드 모두 인바운드 및 아웃바운드 상태에 대한 오프라인 상태를 표시합니다.
DNS 및 NTP 서버에 대해 ping을 시도할 때 응답이 없습니다.
KMS 서버의 vCenter 뷰에서 연결은 녹색으로 유지됩니다. CloudLink 측의 KMS 서버 구성이 양호한 것으로 나타납니다.

Cause
도메인 이름이 누락되어 클러스터 노드가 피어 노드에 연결할 수 없습니다.
Resolution
이 문제를 해결하려면 클러스터 탭에서 클러스터 노드 이름을 확인하십시오. 여기에는 호스트 이름 대신 FQDN이 포함되어야 합니다.
