Data Protection Advisor：エージェントが「HTTP response code is 403」エラーで登録に失敗する

Symptoms

正しいエージェント パスワードを確認した後でも、エージェントがDPAアプリケーション サーバーへの登録に失敗します。構成ファイルを変更して、エージェントを「Debug Low」に設定します。
  1. エージェントを停止します。
  2. dpaagent_config.xmlのコピーを作成します。
(\emc\dpa\agent\etc\dpaagent_config.xml)
  1. dpaagent_config.xmlを編集し、ログ レベルを「Info」から「Debug Low」に設定します。
Debug Low
  1. ファイルを保存します。
  2. エージェントを起動します。
エージェント ログには次の情報が表示されます。     
DBG2 6836.7608 20210310:140114 agent.config - registerAgentProcess(): HTTP response code is 403
ERR  6836.7608 20210310:140114 agent.config - registerAgentProcess(): No response data
ERR  6836.7608 20210310:140114 agent.config - initAgentConfig(): Failed to register agent 

Cause

「HTTP 403 Forbidden」クライアント エラー ステータスの応答コードは、サーバーがリクエストを認識しても、認証を拒否していることを示します。

Windows OSにインターネット プロキシが構成されています。

ホストで、次のコマンドを実行して、プロキシが構成されているかどうかを確認します。      
c:\> netsh winhttp show proxy
Current WinHTTP proxy settings:
Proxy Server(s) : proxy.customerdomain.com:8080

Resolution

  1. プロキシ構成を削除します。      
c:\> netsh winhttp reset proxy
  1. DPAエージェントを再起動します。      
  2. dpaagent.logを確認して、エージェントが登録されていることを確認します。
INFO 6836.7608 20210310:150114  agent.config - initAgentConfig(): Agent has successfully registered with the server

これで、GUIの［Data Collection］＞［Agents］の下に表示されます。
エージェントのログ レベルを必ず「Info」に戻してください。
