TSRログを確認すると、MBEエラーがメモリーで報告されていますが、UEFI0355エラーもあります。情報は以下の通りです。

使用されているCPUがサポートされているメモリー サイズを再度確認します。

サーバーのメモリー容量がCPUのサポート範囲を超えました。

メモリー容量を2 TBに減らします。
