Symptoms

PowerPath-/Linux-isäntä ei voi muodostaa yhteyttä PPMA (PowerPath Management Appliance) -laitteeseen, koska PowerPath Management -palvelu ei käynnisty virheen mukaan:

Cause

Tämä johtuu siitä, että libjson-c.so.2-kirjastoja ei ole asennettu Linux-isäntään.

 

Huomautus: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5:ssä json-c-ohjainta ei asenneta oletusarvoisesti vähimmäisasennukseen, ja paketti kannattaa asentaa erikseen.

 

Resolution

Suosittelemme asentamaan json-c-kirjastot erikseen ja käynnistämään PowerPath Management -palvelun, jossa PowerPath-/Linux-isäntä voidaan lisätä PPMA:han.
