Symptoms

De PowerPath/Linux host kan niet worden verbonden met PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA), omdat de PowerPath Management service niet kan starten volgens de fout:

Cause

Dit komt doordat libjson-c.so.2-bibliotheken niet op de Linux-host worden geïnstalleerd.

 

Opmerking: In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5 is de json-c niet standaard geïnstalleerd in de minimale installatie en wordt aangeraden om het pakket apart te installeren.

 

Resolution

Het wordt aanbevolen om json-c-bibliotheken apart te installeren en de PowerPath Management-service te starten na welke PowerPath/Linux-host kan worden toegevoegd aan PPMA.
