Symptoms

El host de PowerPath/Linux no se puede conectar a PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA), ya que el servicio de administración de PowerPath no puede comenzar según el error:

Cause

Esto se debe a que las bibliotecas libjson-c.so.2 no se instalan en el host de Linux.

 

Nota: En Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, json-c no se instala de manera predeterminada en la instalación mínima y se recomienda instalar el paquete por separado.

 

Resolution

Se recomienda instalar las bibliotecas json-c por separado e iniciar la prueba POST en el servicio de administración de PowerPath para poder agregar el host de PowerPath/Linux a PPMA.
