Symptoms

PowerPath Managementサービスは次のエラーに従って開始できないため、PowerPath/LinuxホストはPOWERPath Management Appliance(PPMA)に接続できません。

Cause

これは、linuxホストに libjson-c.so.2 ライブラリがインストールされていないためです。

 

注：Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5では、json-cは最小インストールではデフォルトでインストールされていないため、パッケージを個別にインストールすることをお勧めします。

 

Resolution

json-cライブラリーを個別にインストールし、PowerPath管理サービスを開始してから、PowerPath/LinuxホストをPPMAに追加することをお勧めします。
