Symptoms

Alienware X17 R1 노트북의 Microsoft Display Settings 아래에 두 개의 디스플레이가 표시됩니다. 연결된 외부 디스플레이가 없는데도 이 현상이 나타납니다. 이 조건은 다음과 같은 상황에서 발생합니다.

  • 노트북은 FHD(Full High-Definition) 패널과 함께 제공됩니다
  • 하이브리드 그래픽 또는 Advanced Optimus(사용 가능한 경우)가 활성화됨
  • NVIDIA GPU(Graphical Processing Unit) 는 NVIDIA 제어판의 디스플레이 모드 관리에서 설정만 됩니다.
