Symptoms

Nella CLI di Data Domain viene visualizzato un avviso attivo per una configurazione hardware virtuale non supportata.

Cause

Il problema si verifica durante l'implementazione di DDVE, Reserve all guest memory (All locked) non è selezionata.

Resolution

Per risolvere il problema:
  1. Aprire l'interfaccia utente di Integrated Data Protection Appliance vCenter, quindi cliccare con il pulsante destro del mouse su DDVE  e selezionare Edit Settings.
  2. In Memory, selezionare l'opzione Reserve all guest memory (All locked) e salvare l'impostazione.

  1. Cancellare l'evento dalla CLI di Data Domain con il comando: 
alerts clear alert-id p0-<id>.
