Symptoms

Um alerta ativo para uma configuração de hardware virtual incompatível é observado na CLI do Data Domain.

Cause

O problema é causado durante a implementação do DDVE. A opção Reserve all guest memory (All locked) não está selecionada.

Resolution

Para resolver o problema:
  1. Abra a IU do vCenter do Integrated Data Protection Appliance, clique com o botão direito do mouse em DDVE  e selecione Edit Settings.
  2. Em Memory, selecione a opção Reserve all guest memory (All locked) e salve a configuração.

  1. Limpe o evento da CLI do Data Domain com o comando: 
alerts clear alert-id p0-<id>.
