Symptoms

UIを使用してPowerFlex Manager 4.xシステムにログインしようとすると、次のエラーが表示されます

次のアクションのいずれでもエラーは解決 されません 。
  • クッキーの有効化
  • ブラウザのキャッシュをクリアする
  • 別のブラウザーでログインします

Cause

HTTP Cookie(WebCookie、インターネットCookie、ブラウザCookie、または単にCookieとも呼ばれます)は、ユーザーがWebサイトを閲覧しているときにWebサーバーによって作成され、ユーザーのコンピューターまたはその他のデバイスに保存されます
Cookieは、ユーザーが以前にフォームフィールドに入力したWebアドレスなどの情報を後で使用するために保存するためにも使用できます

Cookieを使用した結果、ログイン用に保存された完全なURLが正しくありません。

Resolution

このエラーを解決してログインに成功するには、URLの無関係な部分を削除してから(下のスクリーンショットのように、赤でマークされています)、ログインを再試行する必要があります
URLが短縮されると、Cookieの追跡はログインプロセスに影響しません。
