Symptoms

使用以下用户名格式之一时，PowerStore Manager 登录失败：
  • User@netbios_name
  • 用户/netbios_name
用户名和/或密码组合可能无效，或者用户帐户可能被锁定。

Cause

在 PowerStoreOS 3.5 中，为 PowerStore Manager 登录输入 LDAP 用户凭据时，缩短的 NetBIOS 名称不再有效。

Resolution

在 PowerStoreOS 3.5 中，以 LDAP 用户身份登录时，请使用完全限定域名 （FQDN） 或通用主体名称 （UPN）：
  • user@FQDN.company.com
  • FQDN.company.com/user
PowerStoreOS 3.6 及更高版本恢复了缩短的 NetBIOS 登录方法。
