[Isilon] OneFS upgrade fails with Boot device mirrors are not valid message

Symptoms

While upgrading OneFS on a cluster, one of the nodes reports an upgrade failure. Running isi_upgrade_logs on the cluster displays a message similar to:

Cause

There was a problem with one of the mirror objects on the internal boot drive for the node.
