Symptoms

PowerProtect Storage Directの削除が失敗し、次のメッセージが表示されます。 
/opt/dpsapps/ppfsagent/bin/protectpoint backup delete backup-id <backup_id> config-file /opt/dpsapps/ppfsagent/config/storagedirect.config
*** Using VMAX configuration file "/opt/dpsapps/ppfsagent/config/storagedirect.config" ***
Backup <backup-id> will be deleted.
Are you sure you want to continue (default is 'no') [yes/no]?

Cause

Data Domainで作成されたProtectPointユーザーにはadminロールが必要ですが、「none」ロールが割り当てられています。

Resolution

Data DomainのProtectPointユーザーに管理者ロールを割り当てます。
