Cause

这是使用 WebUI 创建 Cloudpool 帐户时 OneFS 版本 9.4.0.0、9.4.0.16 和 9.5.0.6 的已知问题。WebUI 在创建 Cloudpools 帐户期间不接受 EULA 协议，并且只能使用 CLI 创建 Cloudpool 帐户。此问题已在版本 9.5.0.7 中得到解决。

Resolution

必须使用 CLI 创建 cloudpool 帐户才能解决此问题： 
isi cloud accounts create --name=<> --type=azure --uri=<> --account-username=<> --key=<>
