Symptoms

Dell 耳機無法按下通話控制按鈕來接聽來自 Microsoft Teams 或 Zoom 等統一通訊 （UC） 平台的來電。執行下列步驟順序時，就會發生此問題：

  1. 耳機或硬體鎖一開始會連接至連接至電腦的擴充基座或 USB 集線器。
  2. 已從電腦拔下擴充基座或 USB 集線器。
  3. 耳機或轉接器隨後會重新連接至另一個擴充基座或 USB 集線器，然後再重新連接至同一部電腦。

受影響的耳機和通話控制按鈕的位置：

  • Dell Pro Plus 有線 ANC 耳機 WH5024
  • Dell Pro 有線耳機 WH3024

Cause

耳機會以插入第一個擴充基座的先前狀態鎖定，因此在插入第二個擴充基座時無法還原至其初始狀態。

Resolution

  1. 直接從UC應用的使用者介面接聽電話，耳機的呼叫控制按鈕在下一次來電時正常運行。
  2. 拔下耳機，然後將其插入擴充基座或電腦的另一個 USB 連接埠。
