Cause

从少数设备切换会导致中断，使 webblinker 无法跟上所有状态更改导致的队列。
由于任何行为不端的设备都会使其紧张，Weblinker 面临挑战。无论是摆动 ISL 还是端口故障，此类问题都需要审查 RAS 日志以查找中断事件。

Resolution

必须调查行为异常（摆动 ISL 或端口故障）的端口。
