Cause

Problemer med SSH-forbindelse til netværket: Netværks- eller SSH-forbindelse mellem noderne eller med et eksternt virtuelt datacenter (VDC) er muligvis ikke tilgængelig.

Problem med SSH-nøgler: Eksisterende SSH-nøgler i VDC'en er muligvis ikke konfigureret korrekt.

Resolution

SSH-porten skal være åben mellem VDC'en i en føderation for at muliggøre nøglerotation.

Kontakt Dell ECS og ObjectScales tekniske support med logfilerne for den node, hvorfra konsollen blev kørt, hvis dette ikke løser problemet:

/opt/emc/caspian/user-console/<timestamp>_run_Refresh_Certificates/
