De User Console-bewerking kan mislukken met de volgende fouten bij het draaien van de SSH-sleutels op ECS en ObjectScale:

Cause

SSH-verbindingsproblemen netwerk: Netwerk- of SSH-connectiviteit tussen de knooppunten of met een extern Virtual Data Center (VDC) is mogelijk niet beschikbaar.

Probleem met SSH-toetsen: Bestaande SSH-sleutels in de VDC zijn mogelijk niet correct geconfigureerd.

Resolution

De SSH-poort moet open zijn tussen de VDC in een federatie om sleutelrotatie mogelijk te maken.

Neem contact op met de technische support van Dell ECS en ObjectScale met de logboeken van het knooppunt van waaruit de console werd uitgevoerd als dit het probleem niet oplost:

/opt/emc/caspian/user-console/<timestamp>_run_Refresh_Certificates/
