API-ridseområdebehandlingen fejlfortolker en SYSCALL-returkode i optagethed som en I/O-fejl. Derefter returneres denne SYSCALL-fejl til CSC, som genererer den SCF0613E meddelelse. SYSCALL skulle have været prøvet igen i API-skrabebehandlingen, før den blev returneret til CSC og unødigt genererede SCF0613E meddelelsen.
