Symptoms

ACM UI 顯示「Data Protection Central local user password is out of sync. Please update the password.“

在 /usr/local/dataprotection/var/configmgr/server_data/logs/server.log，存在如下錯誤：

檢查 DNS 伺服器是否已設定。執行下列命令：

cat /etc/resolv.conf

使用上述輸出中列出的第一個「名稱伺服器」的 IP 執行下列命令：

ping <nameserver IP>

curl -kv <nameserver IP>:53

檢查 ACM 是否可以將 DPC IP 位址解析為主機名稱：

host -W 10 -T <DPC IP>

Where <DPC IP> is the IP of the DPC server.

Cause

主機命令未傳回 DPC IP 位址的正確 FQDN。這表明客戶環境 （其外部 DNS） 的主機名稱解析發生問題，這就是其餘呼叫失敗的原因。

Resolution

IDPA 系統需要透過 DNS 解析名稱。
如果 DNS 解析失敗，請由客戶網路團隊修復此問題。
解決 DNS 解析後，ACM 即可連線至 DPC，且此問題已解決。
