Symptoms

PowerFlex Gateway -käyttöliittymä ei enää ollut käytettävissä, mutta yhdyskäytävään pääsi komentoriviliittymästä.

PowerFlex Gateway -käyttöliittymä palauttaa virheen:

HTTP Status 404 - Not Found Type Status Report Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

Powerflex Gateway UI 404 -virhe

Cause

Perimmäinen syy tässä on se, että tiedosto /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties ei ole hyvässä muodossa. Siitä puuttuu osia, tässä tapauksessa alareunasta. 

Resolution

Analysoi lokit ja tiedoston kohdassa /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway ja havaitsi, että tiedosto /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties oli vioittunut.

Tämä tiedosto on palautettava joko varmuuskopiosta tai vertaamalla sitä samankaltaiseen tiedostoon toisesta klusterista. 

Kun tämä on tehty, käynnistä yhdyskäytäväpalvelu uudelleen:

#systemctl restart scaleio-gateway
