PowerFlex 3.X Gateway UIが開かず、404エラーが表示される

Symptoms
PowerFlex Gateway UIにアクセスできなくなりましたが、CLIからはゲートウェイにアクセスできました。
PowerFlex Gateway UIが次のエラーを返しています。
HTTP Status 404 - Not Found Type Status Report Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists. Apache Tomcat/8.5.65
Cause
ここでの根本的な原因は、ファイル /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties 良い形式ではありません。この場合は下部に部品が欠けています。
Resolution
以下でログとファイルを分析した /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway そして、ファイルが /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties が破損していました。
ファイル下部のパーツが欠落しています。
このファイルは、バックアップから、または別のクラスターの類似ファイルと比較してリストアする必要があります。
これが完了したら、ゲートウェイ サービスを再起動します。
#systemctl restart scaleio-gateway
