Symptoms

PowerFlex Ağ Geçidi kullanıcı arayüzüne erişilemez hale geldi ancak ağ geçidine CLI üzerinden erişilebiliyordu.

PowerFlex Ağ Geçidi kullanıcı arayüzü şu hatayı veriyor:

HTTP Status 404 - Not Found Type Status Report Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

Powerflex ağ geçidi kullanıcı arayüzü 404 hatası

Cause

Buradaki temel neden, dosyanın /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties iyi bir formatta değil. Eksik parçalar var, bu durumda altta. 

Resolution

Şu bölümdeki günlükleri ve dosyayı analiz etti: /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway ve dosyanın /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties bozuldu.


Dosyanın en alttaki kısımları eksik:

Dosyanın eksik kısmı vurgulandı

Bu dosyanın bir yedekten veya başka bir kümedeki benzer bir dosyayla karşılaştırılarak geri yüklenmesi gerekir. 

Bu işlem tamamlandıktan sonra ağ geçidi hizmetini yeniden başlatın:

#systemctl restart scaleio-gateway
