Symptoms
PowerFlex 閘道 UI 已無法存取，但閘道可從 CLI 連線。
PowerFlex Gateway UI 傳回錯誤：
HTTP Status 404 - Not Found Type Status Report Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists. Apache Tomcat/8.5.65
Cause
這裡的根本原因是 /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties 格式不好。它缺少部分，在本例中位於底部。
Resolution
已分析以下項目的記錄和檔案： /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway 並發現檔案 /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties 被破壞了。

此檔案必須從備份還原，或與另一個叢集的類似檔案進行比較。
