Symptoms

Cyber Recovery Manager UIへのログインがエラー「Invalid Security Code.

多要素認証が有効になっています。

以下は、 /opt/dellemc/cr/var/log/users/users.log)をリロードするには、次を実行します。

[2025-03-26 18:07:29.050] [ERROR] [users] [jsonerr.go:40 JSONError()] : 400 : Invalid SecurityCode

Cause

多要素認証は、時間ベースのセキュリティ メカニズムです。Cyber Recovery Managerのホスト時間とトークンの時間の誤差は、1分(プラスまたはマイナス)を超えることはできません。時間の差が+60秒または-60秒を超える場合、多要素認証は有効になりません。

Resolution

Cyber Recovery Managerホストが時刻をNetwork Time Protocol (NTP)サーバーと同期していることを確認します。
