Symptoms

Cyber Recovery Manager UI에 로그인하지 못하고 잘못된 보안 코드 오류가 표시됩니다.

다단계 인증이 활성화되었습니다.

다음은 다음에서 찾을 수 있습니다. /opt/dellemc/cr/var/log/users/users.log을 엽니다.

Cause

다단계 인증은 시간 기반 보안 메커니즘입니다. Cyber Recovery Manager 호스트 시간은 인증자 시간과 1분(플러스 또는 마이너스) 이상 차이가 날 수 없습니다. 시간이 +60초 또는 -60초 이상 차이가 나는 경우 다단계 인증이 활성화되지 않습니다.

Resolution

Cyber Recovery Manager 호스트가 NTP(Network Time Protocol) 서버와 시간을 동기화하고 있는지 확인합니다.
