Symptoms

Se informa el siguiente error en la interfaz de usuario de Avamar o MCCLI:

En el registro de monitoreo del switch, se muestran las siguientes entradas:

Cause

El script de monitoreo del switch no se actualizó con las versiones de firmware más recientes, por lo que no reconoce el firmware.

Resolution

1. Inicie sesión en el nodo de utilidad de Avamar afectado o en el nodo único como administrador.

2. Descargue el archivo GoAV herramienta. Consulte el siguiente artículo para obtener más información: Avamar: Herramienta de productos GoAV para administración y solución de problemas

3. Elevación a privilegios de raíz:

4. Ejecute el comando GoAV con las siguientes opciones:

./goav fix-switch-firmware-config
