Symptoms

O seguinte erro é relatado na interface do usuário do Avamar ou mccli:

O registro de monitoramento do switch mostra as seguintes entradas:

Cause

O script de monitoramento do switch não foi atualizado com as versões de firmware mais recentes, portanto, ele não reconhece o firmware.

Resolution

1. Faça log-in no Avamar Utility Node afetado ou no único nó como administrador.

2. Faça download do GoAV ferramenta. Consulte o seguinte artigo para obter mais informações: Avamar: Ferramenta do produto GoAV para gerenciamento e solução de problemas

3. Eleve para privilégios root:

su -
 

4. Execute o GoAV com as seguintes opções:

./goav fix-switch-firmware-config
