Symptoms

尝试使用 iDRAC UI 设置设置密码时会出现此问题。

尽管尝试以下作，错误仍然存在：

  1. 不同的键盘
  2. 从虚拟控制台使用虚拟键盘
  3. 更新 iDRAC

但是，使用 BIOS 设置密码会直接起作用，并且不会出现问题。

Cause

此问题是由旧固件引起的。

Resolution

将 BIOS 更新到版本 2.6.3 时解决了问题，该版本位于支持页面上的修复和增强功能中。
