Cause

Esistono più risorse Storage Node definite per il server NetWorker.

Resolution

  1. Arresto di tutti i daemon di NetWorker sul server NetWorker

Linux: nsr_shutdown oppure systemctl stop networker
Windows: net stop nsrd

  1. Creare una copia della directory nsrdb . Esempio: nsrdb_backup.

Linux: /nsr/res/nsrdb
Finestre: <INSTALL_DRIVE>:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\res\nsrdb

  1. Da un prompt dei comandi con privilegi elevati, cd nella directory /nsr/res
  2. Esegui "nsradmin -d nsrdb" per accedere al nsrdb in modalità offline.

Viene visualizzato il seguente prompt:

NetWorker administration program.
Use the "help" command for help, "visual" for full-screen mode.
nsradmin>

ATTENZIONE: esaminare attentamente l'output in quanto presenta il nome di tutti gli storage node configurati sul server NetWorker. Immettere "n" (no) per gli storage node remoti in modo che vengano conservati. Immettere "y" (sì) per eliminare le risorse dello storage node del server NetWorker. Eliminare solo le istanze dello storage node del server NetWorker.
  1. Al termine, inserire:
quit
  1. Avviare i daemon del server NetWorker:

Linux: systemctl start networker
Windows: net start nsrd

  1. Avviare NetWorker Management Console (NMC) per il server NetWorker. Passare alla finestra Devices-Storage> Nodes per verificare che sia presente una singola istanza del nome del server NetWorker.
  2. Avviare un backup per verificare che siano in grado di scrivere sui dispositivi del server NetWorker.
NOTA: Se si verifica un errore con il processo, annullare le modifiche arrestando i daemon del server NetWorker e rinominare il file nsrdb cartella e sostituirla con la cartella nsrdb Copia creata nel passaggio 2.
