Symptoms

NetWorkerサーバーをストレージ ノードとして使用するすべてのバックアップがエラーで失敗します。

Cause

NetWorkerサーバには、複数のストレージ ノード リソースが定義されています。

Resolution

  1. NetWorkerサーバー上のすべてのNetWorkerデーモンをシャットダウンします

Linuxの場合 nsr_shutdown または systemctl stop networker
Windowsの場合： net stop nsrd

  1. 次のディレクトリーのコピーを作成します。 nsrdb フォルダーに含まれます。例 nsrdb_backupの詳細を確認してください。

Linuxの場合/nsr/res/nsrdb
ウィンドウズ：<INSTALL_DRIVE>:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\res\nsrdb

  1. 管理者特権のコマンドプロンプトから、 cd /nsr/resディレクトリーにコピーします
  2. 「」を実行しますnsradmin -d nsrdb」をクリックして、 nsrdb オフライン モード。

次のプロンプトが表示されます。

NetWorker administration program.
Use the "help" command for help, "visual" for full-screen mode.

注意: NetWorkerサーバーで構成されているすべてのストレージ ノードの名前が表示されるため、出力を慎重に確認してください。「n"(いいえ)と指定すると、リモート ストレージ ノードが保持されます。「y"(はい)をクリックして、NetWorkerサーバのストレージ ノード リソースを削除します。NetWorkerサーバ ストレージ ノードのインスタンスのみを削除します。
  1. 完了したら、次のように入力します。
quit
  1. NetWorkerサーバー デーモンを起動します。

Linuxの場合 systemctl start networker
Windowsの場合： net start nsrd

  1. NetWorkerサーバのNMC(NetWorker Management Console)を起動します。デバイス>ストレージ ノードウィンドウに移動して、NetWorkerサーバーの名前のインスタンスが1つあることを確認します。
  2. バックアップを開始して、バックアップがNetWorkerサーバのデバイスに書き込めることを確認します。
メモ: プロセスに誤りがある場合は、NetWorkerサーバー デーモンを停止して変更を元に戻し、 nsrdb フォルダに追加し、 nsrdb ステップ2で作成したコピー。
